AAA's workforce comes from diverse states acorss India. Our team speaks more than 10 languages and is gender inclusive. Majority of us belong from Dalit-Bahujan-Adivasi community. We encourage hiring previously homeless individuals and people with psychosocial disabilities in our organization.
